From the start, communication before the Big Day was excellent. She suggested several scenarios, including capturing the wedding preparations, getting dressed, and photos with parents before the ceremony. We were truly impressed by her professionalism and impeccable timing, especially during the time-sensitive moments before the ceremony. Most importantly, it never felt scripted—it was clear that Charlayne genuinely enjoys what she does.

Charlayne communicated wonderfully with all the guests, even those from overseas with limited English. She brought fresh ideas and managed to capture the full range of emotions in her photos. It was moving to see joy and tears simultaneously reflected in my mom’s eyes. While weddings can be stressful, we feel incredibly fortunate to have hired Charlayne, and we had every detail of our day beautifully documented.


The post-production was completed in just a few days, and we had our pictures by Tuesday or Wednesday after the wedding—truly impressive! The photos were anything but bland; they evoke nostalgia and joy.

For simple sessions, edited photos are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks from the date of the shoot. Final images are provided through a web-based downloadable gallery, guaranteed to be available for three months. For larger or more complex sessions, delivery timelines and expectations will be discussed in advance so everything is clear and aligned.
